Samsung Galaxy M56 Phone With 6 Android Updates And 45W Charging Launched: Price In India, Specs

Samsung Galaxy M56 has launched in India this week and the new phone comes with the Android 15-based One UI version and promise of 6 OS upgrades from the company. Samsung is having a tough time updating its older phones but the new ones are getting them in fine shape. The new Samsung phone is powered by an unnamed processor and claims to be one of the thinnest phones in the segment with extra durability.

Samsung Galaxy M56 5G price in India starts at Rs 24,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. Samsung will start selling the phone from April 23 in the country.

The new Samsung phone gets a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate screen along with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery and measures at 7.2mm in thickness and weighs 180 grams. Samsung is offering a slew of AI features like eraser, edits and image editor with the One UI 7 version. The company says you will get 6 OS upgrades and security patches with the device. 

The phone is powered by an unnamed chipset which could ideally be an Exynos variant. You get it with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage that you can expand further. The phone comes with a triple camera system that has a 50MP sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro lens. The front of the phone gets a 12MP shooter for selfies and videos. 

The battery supports 45W charging speed. The device offers 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for connectivity.
