Amazfit is entering this unique space with the Helio Strap which is its first wearable without a display but is tuned to help you track sleep, and other activities.

The Strap is made of a fiber-reinforced polymer body and weighs just 20 grams which means you can wear it for long hours and even sleep. It gets 5ATM water resistance which can handle up to 50 meters. Because it comes without a display, the Strap can handle the other intensive sensors to focus on the health side of affairs. 

The strap has a 232mAh battery which is claimed to run for up to 10 days in typical use. It works with both Android and iOS devices, using Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. You have to pair it with Amazfit’s Zepp app to really unlock the features of the wearable. 

But the main aspect of the Strap is the fitness and health features. It has a slew of sensors like BioTracker PPG for heart rate, stress, SpO2 that also gives you the right impetus to go running, cycling, pilates and even yoga.
