OnePlus Buds 4 To Launch In India On July 8: Key Features Revealed

OnePlus Buds 4’s key features have been revealed ahead of the advanced earphone’s India launch next week. The company is set to unveil the OnePlus Buds 4 alongside the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 next Tuesday, July 8, raising excitement among earphone users about what features they can expect from OnePlus India’s enhanced model.
Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has already confirmed some key specifications of the upcoming TWS earphones. These include active noise cancellation (ANC) details and stronger battery life. The earphones will be available in two colour options: Storm Grey and Zen Green. However, additional features for TWS earphones have also been revealed by the Amazon microsite as the model surpasses the OnePlus Buds 3 introduced in early 2024.
Amazon’s microsite for the OnePlus Buds 4 has revealed that the upcoming TWS earphones will carry 11mm woofers and 6mm tweeters alongside dual DAC units. Notably, these will support the LHDC 5.0 audio codec and immersive 3D Spatial Audio experience, while offering a Hi-Res Audio certification on top of that.
After OnePlus announced that the Buds 4 will come with up to 55dB adaptive ANC and a Transparency mode inside it, the microsite has now revealed that the earphones will also be equipped with a three-mic system, including feed-forward, feedback and a talk mic, for AI-backed call noise cancellation. With just a tap, it is said, users will be able to experience real-time AI Translation through the OnePlus Buds 4 earphones.
The TWS earphones support Bluetooth 5.4, dual-device connectivity and Steady Connect technology, offering a stable Bluetooth connection even outdoors. The OnePlus Buds 4 will also have a dedicated Gaming Mode with up to 47ms ultra-low latency.
With its high charging and battery model, the OnePlus Buds 4 is claimed to last 45 hours on a single charge with the charging case. On their own, the earbuds are said to provide a playback time of up to 11 hours before needing another charge. The earphones will be launched at 2 PM on July 8 in India and will be available for purchase on the official e-store and Amazon.
